Change of Mind Returns
At Moto Products, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. To maintain our commitment to quality and fairness, we have established the following Returns Policy. We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns for "change of mind" or if you simply decide that you no longer want the product. It is essential to understand that this policy is in place to ensure fairness to all customers and maintain the quality of our products.
We will gladly accept returns and provide a refund under the following circumstances:
1. Faulty or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or fails to perform as intended, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will initiate a return and refund process to rectify the issue promptly. Proof of the item's fault or defect may be required.
Items Removed From Original Packaging
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for items that have been removed from their original packaging and fitted. Once an item has been installed or used, its considered non-returnable unless it meets the criteria for a “Faulty or Defective” return as described above. Please ensure that you inspect the product thoroughly before installation to avoid any complications with the return process
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to Moto Products. We do not cover return postage expenses, including shipping, packaging, or any other related costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return for a faulty or defective item, please contact our customer support team at email@example.com. They will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if required.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 Business Days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For all eligible returns, a restocking fee of 30% of the product's original purchase price will be deducted from your refund. This fee is to cover inspection, restocking, and administrative costs associated with processing returns. Please note that this fee is non-negotiable and will be applied to all returns that meet our refund criteria.
Most items under 5kgs are sent via express post and will be delivered from 1-7 working days after full payment has been made.
All other items will be sent via courier and delivery time for capital cities is 2-5 working days and 10-14 working days for rural towns.
All Duties and Taxes for the designated country to be paid by the purchaser.

At Moto Products, we understand that sometimes popular items may be temporarily out of stock, and you may wish to place them on backorder. We appreciate your patience and have established the following Backorder Policy to provide clarity and transparency about this process.
A backorder occurs when you place an order for an item that is currently out of stock, and we expect it to become available within a specified timeframe, which may range from 1 to 12 months. Backordering allows you to secure the product when it becomes available, even if it's not immediately in stock.
Payment: Your payment method will be charged at the time of placing the backorder. This ensures that you secure the item when it becomes available at the current price.
We will keep you informed about the status of your backorder, including any updates on the expected arrival date as best we can (sometimes we don’t know till its on the ater and on the way to Australia). You may also contact our customer support team at any time for status inquiries.
While we aim to fulfill backorders as quickly as possible, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may decide to cancel your backorder. Please be aware of the following cancellation policy:
If you wish to cancel a backorder after payment has been processed, a cancellation fee of 20% of the backorder's total cost will be deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover administrative and processing costs associated with handling backorders and cancellations.
Upon your request for a cancellation, the refund (minus the 20% cancellation fee) will be processed promptly to the original payment method used for the backorder. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
In the event that an item's backorder status changes beyond the expected timeframe, you will be promptly notified, and you may choose to maintain or cancel your order without incurring a cancellation fee. We make every effort to fulfill backorders as accurately and promptly as possible.
